We offer free standard shipping for orders over £50 within the UK.
For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
International shipping fees vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UK Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Express UK Shipping: Typically takes 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally ranging from 7-14 working days.

Please note: Some of our items are made to order and not held in stock. For these items, additional production time (typically 7-14 working days) may be required before dispatch. Any extended processing time will be clearly stated on the product page or notified to you after checkout.

Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or postal service disruptions.

4. Dispatch Times

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment has been confirmed.
Made-to-order items require additional production time before dispatch. Estimated dispatch dates will be provided on the relevant product page or via email.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday or next working day.
During busy periods such as sales or holidays, dispatch times may take longer. We will notify you of any delays.

5. International Shipping
