Refund policy

At Star Life Fashion Ltd, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a simple returns and refund process.

1. Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return any items for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear or swimwear unless they are faulty.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@starlifeclothing.co.uk to receive a return authorization number and instructions.

2. Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

• Shipping costs are free.

3. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item within 30 days, and we will process your exchange once we receive the returned item.

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you will be offered a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

• Package your return securely, including a note with your order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
